Welcome to our online store! ZAS Designs and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
PRODUCTION TIME
ZAS Designs products are custom made or made to order. Our current production time is 10 - 15 business days.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in Australian dollars.
We use PayPal as a payment method on our website as it has faster and more secure payments. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service. PayPal accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit and debit cards.
ZAS Designs will not ship orders until we have received payment in full.
POSTAGE
ZAS Designs offers flat rate shipping within Australia. $10 standard postage or $15 express.
International shipping can be organised, please email us to arrange before purchasing. The customer will be responsible for all customs/duties fees and taxes, if applicable.
ZAS Designs products are custom made or made to order. Our current production time is 10 - 15 business days.
We offer both standard and express postage. Please not that Express Shipping ensures your order is moved through the postal service quickly, it does not mean that production time will be faster.
All items are packaged safely to prevent items from being damaged in transit. The cost of protective packaging is included in the postage costs.
Estimate delivery times can be found on the AusPost website.
If your order does not arrive within the designated time frame please contact Australia Post with your tracking number. If they are unable to assist you, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
*The above mentioned custom order time frame is a guideline and in many cases your order will be completed sooner.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is only used for the purpose of processing your order. If any of the details you have provided are incorrect, please contact us immediately.
We will never give out or sell any of your information to a third party, or record any transaction details. PayPal is the only payment option offered as this is secure and private.
CANCELLATION
Please ensure your order is correct before finalising the checkout, once your order is confirmed, we’re unable to accept cancellations.
RETURNS
As stated in our shipping information we cannot take any responsibility for lost or damaged mail once it has left our care.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours with your order number, photos and descriptions of the damage exactly as it has arrived to you. After we receive the photos we will assess the damage and deem if the item can be returned, exchanged or replaced. This will be on a case-by-case basis.
If your order is deemed as having been damaged in transit, in most case we will provide you with a replacement where possible. Your initial item must be returned to us in an un-used condition, including all packaging. All return shipping costs are payable by the customer.
Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your replacement has been processed.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if they don’t meet the conditions above.
If your order is incorrect for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs and descriptions of what you have received.
PROMOTIONS/COMPETITIONS
ZAS Designs will occasional offer promotions/competitions including, but not limited to, giveaways, discount codes, vouchers, or free shipping.
These promotions are only valid for the recipients and for specific time periods.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We do our best to ensure that the images and description of products are accurate. Many of our products are made from timber, therefore we cannot we held responsible for difference in colour, appearance or grain.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
We suggest keeping your products out of reach of children. Most of our items are made from raw timber, they are delicate and should be handled appropriately.
If your product needs cleaning please contact ZAS Designs for correct cleaning instructions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Everything publish on our website or on our social media accounts is ZAS Designs intellectual property. This includes, but not limited to, designs, photographs, illustrations, logos and text.
They cannot be reproduced, re-publish or disseminated without written consent of the authors and owners of ZAS Designs.
Action may be taken against any person or persons who is found to be misusing our intellectual property.
FEEDBACK
We love hearing feedback on our products, brand and services. In giving us feedback you give us the right to publicly display comments and photographs associated with the feedback. It may be displayed on our website or on our social media accounts.
If we share your feedback, only your first name will be visible or your social media handle (username).
